2025 Summer Camps/Care

Our summer care (both full-day and half-day) will provide students with fun themed weeks, with crafts, games and more! In our summer camps, students will experience focused fun learning on a specific topic for the morning! Students who participate in summer camp are welcome to join care at 11:00 a.m. for a half-day of summer care. Please see below for more information!

Summer Camp Info

  • Drop off begins at 7:45am

    Pick up is between 11:00-11:15am

    $1 late fee per minute after 11:15am

  • Opens Feb. 7th for ONLY TBS students enrolled for the 2023-24 school year

    June camps registration closes Friday, May 2nd.

    July camps registration closes Friday, June 6th.

  • $150/week

    $20 supply fee for certain camps

    Fees will be drafted from a parent's bank account. No exceptions to this policy will be granted.

    An invoice will be emailed to the parent prior to the bank draft (June camp fees will be drafted on June 1; July camp fees will be drafted on July 1)

  • Once registration has closed for the week(s) for which you have registered, cancellations and refunds will be accepted for serious medical reasons only. Requests for refunds MUST be accompanied with documentation from an appropriate health care professional. Registration is NOT transferable to another student or camp.

  • For all summer care and camp participants:

    • All participants must be fully independent with toileting skills.  

    • Participants who are ages 3-7 are asked to bring a change of clothes and shoes.

    • All participants should wear closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for indoor and outdoor play.  

    • Students enrolled in Summer care (full-day or half-day) should bring a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack.

    • Camp participants will receive an email from the camp instructor prior to camp week with important information, including what campers should wear and what campers should bring each day.

    • All participants are asked to leave toys, money and electronic devices at home.

    • If your child requires medication or has allergy concerns, please provide these details for our Summer Program staff in advance on the registration form. Our Summer Program staff cannot dispense medication to any participant unless a completed Medication Authorization Form is completed and signed.

  • Summer Care this year will offer fun filled weeks with a different theme each week! These weeks will include crafts, games, and many indoor and outdoor activities specific to each theme! See below for each week’s theme!  

  • Week 1 - June 9th-13th : Under the Sea/Pirates

    Week 2 - June 16th-20th: Out of This World: Space

    Week 3 - June 24th-27th: Into the Jungle

    Week 4 - July 7th-11th: Superheroes/Princesses

    Week 5 - July 14th-18th: A Bug’s Life

    Week 6 - July 21st-25th: Olympics

    Messy Science is back! We will be doing hands-on, safe, science experiments. Some sessions students will get to take home the experiments, such as when we make slime or other fun items! Children are natural scientists and messy science is the perfect way for them to satisfy their curiosity!

    We will work to improve basic math skills. This includes multiplication tables, order of operations, combining like terms, and identifying key words to help with word problems. We will work with and without the calculator to get a better understanding of these math concepts.

We will discuss how the schedule works, talk about planners & Google Classroom, set up our binders, get familiar with the programs used in Middle School and get to know each other through team building activities!

    Join Certified Women Empowered Instructor Corrinne Surratt for a one week bootcamp of self defense! Studies show that perpetrators use a 4 phase attack strategy and we will learn counters to all of them. Some of the techniques we will cover: boundary setting, wrist releases, trap and rolls, guard get ups, punch blocks and more!

    Kids on the Move led by Ms. Shoe will teach students lessons and growth opportunities through the discussion of healthy lifestyle choices, such as the importance of exercise, social emotional health, and nutritional health. Throughout the week, students will be introduced to various sports and types of exercises that are developmentally appropriate for kids ages 5-10. We will also be utilizing the arts to build the connection with our creative side to give students resources for coping with their emotions. This week’s learning experiences will build a fun foundation for developing a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

    Based on the Netflix hit show, Is it Cake, campers will learn to decorate cakes that look like real objects. In this one week adventure, we will choose as a group items to replicate as we not only bake a delicious tasting cakes/cupcakes, but learn to make them as realistic as possible. At the conclusion, we will have a panel of judges to ask, Is it Cake? At the end, a winning group will walk away victorious.

    This beginner’s volleyball camp is designed specifically for middle school students who are new to the sport or looking to build a strong foundation.     Do you have a little one who can’t seem to stop doodling? Do they look at the world around them and into their bright imaginations, wanting to sprawl it out on paper at any chance they get? This camp is designed for young artists who have an interest in learning how to draw or sketch. It covers the tools you'll need to draw and also provides plenty of exercises to practice drawing using different techniques and styles. It will cover drawing people, places, things, and even abstract concepts. A lot of students have enjoyed drawing certain things and shapes over and over, but are ready to take that next step towards confidently drawing anything they desire.
